Mr. Masha Mweni is a seasoned expert in Aviation Safety Oversight Systems, a Qualified AMEl Examiner and assessor; accredited and Licensed by KCAA and TCAA. He has served as Senior Airworthiness Inspector at Kenya Civil Aviation Authority for more than twelve years. Masha Currently serves with the East African Community Civil Aviation Safety and Security Oversight Agency (EAC-CASSOA) as Manager Airworthiness holding responsibility to coordinate programmes and activities of the Agency relating to Airworthiness of Aircraft in the EAC region.

Mr. Masha Holds Bachelors of Business Management (Aviation Option) from Moi University-Kenya, and Master of Business Administration (Aviation Option) from Moi University, Higher National Diplomas in Avionics Engineering System, Telecommunication Engineering and Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Engineering. Mr. Masha is a member of the ICAO FLT OPS Panel on Ramp Inspection.
