SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE 2027–2030

The East African Community Civil Aviation Safety and Security Oversight Agency (EAC CASSOA) is an Institution of the East African Community established to promote safe, secure, and efficient civil aviation within the Partner States through harmonized regulations, technical oversight support, and capacity building.

EAC CASSOA invites applications from interested, competent, and eligible firms for prequalification to supply goods, provide services, and undertake works under the categories listed below for the period 2027–2030.

How to Participate

The Supplier Prequalification exercise will be conducted online through TenderSure™, an award-winning, secure and transparent online platform that supports an efficient supplier prequalification process.

Interested suppliers can view the prequalification categories on the TenderSure website under the “Open Bids” tab.

Non-refundable participation fee: UGX 100,000.00 per category.

Payment methods: MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa Card, MasterCard, and other available online methods.

Important Notes

EAC CASSOA’s Supplier Prequalification is conducted exclusively through TenderSure and not via any other platform.
Existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered for future business.
All participants who duly complete the Supplier Prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome via email.
Any form of canvassing, solicitation, or attempt to influence the Supplier Prequalification process will lead to the immediate disqualification of the supplier from consideration.
Participation in the Supplier Prequalification is not a guarantee for business.
CASSOA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as a whole or in part at its own discretion.
